Outside the Box Retreat location has changed
Howdy Ags!
We are so excited that many of your student organizations are joining us for the "Outside the Box" Diversity Retreat on April 24-25, 2009. To make it more convenient for you, we have decided to move the retreat from Palestine, TX back onto the Texas A&M campus. So instead of an overnight retreat, we will conduct a two day workshop. The general schedule goes as follows:
Friday, April 24th 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Check-In and Welcome Dinner Sbisa (Private) Quiet Room
Saturday, April 25th 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM "Outside the Box" Activities Rudder 302
Students will still be required to participate in all "Outside the Box" activities. As your organizations confirm spaces, I will send an email confirmation . Hopefully, because there is so much going on around campus, students who were originally unavailable may be able to join us now. If you're still interested, we would love for you to join us! Please let me know if you need to reserve spaces or have any questions or concerns.
