The Department of Multicultural Services (DMS) supports Texas A&M University’s mission, strategic, and diversity plans and initiatives designed to fulfill the university’s commitment to an inclusive, equitable and diverse environment for students. DMS promotes the university’s core value of respect by providing diversity and inclusion education to develop student understandings of other cultures regarding intersecting identities of race, religious faith, nationality, sex, class, gender, sexual orientation, and other social identities. Methods include programs, workshops, presentations, and training. More information can be found on the university’s page.
