L2L Summits

The Level-up 2 Lead (L2L) Summit is a high-impact leadership experience offered each fall and spring semester. Designed for students at every stage of their leadership journey, the summit brings Aggies together for a day of interactive workshops, small-group discussions and networking that deepens leadership capacity and fosters community.

At the L2L Summit, students:

• Participate in dynamic workshops focused on leadership growth and professional development.
• Engage in peer dialogue that encourages reflection and shared learning.
• Explore their leadership identity, values, and “why” through guided activities.
• Network with DMS staff and campus partners who provide insight and resources.

Small-group conversations and reflection sessions help students move beyond positional leadership to a deeper, purpose-driven understanding of influence and collaboration.

The L2L Summit is more than a conference, it’s a launch point for leadership development.

Connecting to the L2L Journey

The Summit is the entry point to the larger Level-up 2 Lead initiative, which also includes:

• L2L Coaching – personalized one-on-one sessions with trained DMS staff.
• L2L Workshops – a leveled series that builds skills step by step.
• L2L Journeys – official recognition of leadership and character development.

Students leave the L2L Summit ready to continue their journey, building leadership capacity throughout their time at Texas A&M and beyond.
