Campus Connectors are DMS staff and DMS LINKS (current students) who serve as approachable points of contact, offering individualized support that helps students navigate challenges, make the most of campus services, and continue forward with confidence.
Campus Connectors meet students where they are, offering personalized support that promotes persistence and social wellbeing. Through one-on-one conversations, Connectors provide personalized guidance, resource navigation, support competency development, proactive intervention, and motivational support.

How It Works
Students can connect with DMS staff during office hours, scheduled appointments, or at campus events. DMS LINKS can be found around the office and during events. Conversations with staff are confidential, encouraging, and focused on empowering students to take ownership of their goals while knowing they have support along the way. Students who meet with Campus Connectors often describe the experience as a turning point in their college journey.
